The Bank shall issue a bank guarantee statement based on the assignment contract concluded with the Customer, assuming the obligation to perform payment to the beneficiary in case of the fulfilment of certain conditions (such as the presentation of certain documents, the occurence or omission of some incidents) up to the amount and within the deadline determined in the assignment contract.

Takarékbank shall accept orders from Customers on the following guarantee types:

• Guarantee for the buyer
  • Purchase price guarantee (Cash and loan deals can also be subject of the guarantee.)
  • Framework guarantee
• Guarantee for the supplier
  • Offer or tender guarantee
  • Performance guarantee
  • Guarantee for the repayment of advance payment
• Other guarantees
  • Performance guarantee
  • Customs guarantee
  • Bank guarantee issued for the payment of local tax
  • Performance guarantees connected to state subsidies
  • Other guarantees
