The Bank registers the income that is payable to the Accountholder on the customer account and fulfils payments ordered by the Accountholder from the customer account.
The customer may freely decide what to do with the yield gained from customer account investment services, commodity exchange services or securities, and the amount resulting from alienation.
The Bank is obliged to enter into a customer account contract with Customers in order to record its business relationships in writing. The Bank shall open and keep the security account – also including the blocked account – and the customer account in accordance with the common rules set out in the contract entitled „Account contract on the keeping of security and customer accounts and security custody accounts.

Important to know: According to the provisions of Act XV. of 2003. on the prevention and hindrance of money laundering, when a customer account is opened, for the purpose of identification, the customer and his/her authorised representatives have to appear in person. In order to fill in the datasheet, we request that the following documents certifying identity should be presented:
a) for natural persons

for resident natural persons - personal identification document (identity card) and official address card, or passport and official address card, or driver’s license card and official address card,
for foreign nationals - passport or personal identity card if it embodies an authorization to reside in Hungary, or a valid residence permit,

for natural persons below the age of 14 - personal identity card, passport or student identification card;

b) for legal persons and other, unincorporated organizations - in addition to the documents of the persons described in Paragraph a) who are authorized to act in its name and on its behalf,

for resident economic entities - the court of registration document proving the entity has registered or the document proving that the application for registration has been submitted; for private entrepreneurs - the document proving that the entrepreneur has a tax number or the document proving that the application for registration by the tax authority has been submitted,
for other resident legal persons whose existence is subject to registration by an authority or the court, the document of registration or the document proving that the application for registration has been submitted,
for nonresident legal persons and other, unincorporated organizations, the document proving that the person or organization has been registered under the law of the country in which it is established;

c) the articles of incorporation (deed of foundation, charter document) of legal persons and other, unincorporated organizations that have not yet been registered by the registrar of companies, court or appropriate authority.
