Government securities trade
Takarékbank Rt. is an active player on both the primary and secondary markets of government securities. Consequently, we are pleased to receive orders from our Customers on the auction of newly issued government bonds as well as discounted treasury bills. Of course, we also deal with the secondary market of government securities, i.e. our dealers quote bilateral prices, therefore our Customers can sell their securities any time before the maturity date of the given government securities and may also buy securities from formerly issued series.
Takarékbank Rt. holds the authority of Primary Dealer, therefore our Customers are allowed to buy government bonds directly at government securities issuance auctions above a certain amount.

Stock exchange (BSE) and OTC stock trade
As a member of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE), Takarékbank Rt. accepts buy and sell orders for all securities listed on the stock exchange. Our dealers accept both limit price and market price orders: in case of a limit price order, we do not fulfil the order under less favourable conditions than the threshold set by the ordering party, whilst in case of a market price order, we fulfil the order on the same day irrespective of the price. Thanks to the modern on-line system, the order is input into our central system within the shortest possible period of time, from which it is forwarded to the stock exchange trading system, MMTS following identification and funds checking.

As a member of Deutsche Börse, Takarékbank Rt. accepts buy and sell orders for all securities listed on this stock exchange. Takarékbank Rt. accepts an order for all standardised forward contracts listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange, which are also promptly input into the stock exchange trading system. We provide consulting services to our Customers in terms of speculative, hedging and arbitrage deals.
